A cocktail that builds on The Southerly’s unique whisky infusion by combining Waitui Whisky and Waiheke Honey Rye Whisky to accentuate the cask-strength nature of oak barrels. This, combined with the other carefully curated ingredients reveals a visual and taste sensation created by molecular mixology.
