A bright and crisp cocktail that builds on the classic Salty Dog with seasonal golden grapefruit juice. It also reflects an incredible likeliness to Koji in the way it plays in flavour and aroma throughout multiple treatments, distillation and flavour combinations.
To a frozen highball glass, add vodka, half filled with ice and pour over freshly juiced grapefruit juice, ensuring to mix through before adding a grapefruit garnish and a pinch of black salt. It’s peppery and sweet whilst also being balanced which lends itself incredibly well to the whisky-infused Mānuka Honey.
