We combined naval orange, Mānuka Sauvignon Blanc, chestnut tanin, juniper and The Southerly. To showcase the delicious extravagance of the whisky-infused Mānuka Honey, we incorporated mainly local citrus, wine and spices to build a herbaceous and light-bodied mead. The result is something that drinks a bit like bright British ale albeit with a uniquely New Zealand twist.
